“Sabbath: How to Love Making Sacred Time”

Busy children get a ‘time out’, doctors prescribe ‘rest and relaxation’, and faith traditions set aside ‘sacred time’. In this course, you will discover what sacred time is, its value, and how you can establish your own practice of Sabbath rest. Topics include the root word in Biblical Hebrew, why it takes a primary spot in the Ten Commandments, and how sacred rest is built into numerous faith traditions.
